We adopt stringement security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information such as Credit Card Number is well protected. These measures are as follows:
Prices of Sarees at Sareeonline are very reasonable, and if compared are 50% cheaper than the retail prices.
The price in Dollars and Rupees is inclusive of all the charges. There is no additional charge for delivery in India.
Please note that we are currently offering delivery in more than 150 countries through out the world.
India: We will need 3 working days (Mon to Sat) from the date of confirmation of order to deliver the sarees in India. We use the services of Suvidha (A division of GATI) for delivery.
United States: We will need 5 working days (Mon to Fri) from the date of confirmation of order to deliver the sarees in US. Please note that the sarees will be sent from India.
Other Countries: We will need 6 working days (Mon to Fri) from the date of confirmation of order to deliver the sarees in other countries. Please note that the sarees will be sent from India.
In case, there is no Courier Service to the address mentioned, the consignment will be sent through Registered Post.
NOTE: Please note that if the payment method is through Cheques, the order will be processed after the cheque has been realised.

yet. Fill in your personal details and also enter the details of your
friends or relatives so that we can send you reminders on special occasions
such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. Note: your e-mail address will be
used as your user id. Click Continue.
What you see now is a two-column table with Billing Information and Shipping
Information. Please enter the details and you can use this information
for all your future purchases. The shipping address and billing address
fields in the purchase form will be by default filled with this information
whenever you are purchasing from our site. This will save lot of your
time as you need not fill this information everytime. Click Submit.
Login:
Click the login button and you will be prompted for your e-mail name and
password. Click on forgot password in case you forgot your password and
you will be prompted for your e-mail name and your date of birth. Click
submit and you can successfully login. Click edit if you want to make
changes to your profile with us.
Shopping Process:
The purchase process involves few simple procedures that have to be followed.
1) Searching for a saree.
A saree of your choice can be selected through various methods based on
your requirements at Sareeonline.com.
Options available include the following:
a.) Search tool box on top: You can enter your search criteria
and view exactly what you are looking for.
b.) Saree Gallery: A gallery of various varieties of sarees with
all the features explained. Click on any image to view a close-up version
with a detailed description of the saree.
c.) New Arrivals: All the latest offerings from us are on display
to choose from.
d.) Gift Wizard: Our unique gift wizard allows you to search for
products for the person you wish to gift. Key in the specified parameter
to view the perfect gift for your beloved one.
2) Selecting a Saree.
Choosing a saree from the search results will be a tough job for you as
the collection keeps you glued to your monitor. From the sarees displayed
on the page, click the check boxes on any two sarees to compare. Once
you decide on which saree to further examine, click on the image of that
saree. What you see now is a much larger image. Clicking on any part of
the saree will further give you a close up version of that part with a
detailed description. You will now find a text box which will prompt you
to fill in the name of the person, to whom the saree has to be shipped.
If you want to buy it for yourself, then simply put me.
3) Adding Products to Cart.
Within the product selection page, you will also find three buttons, Product
Gram, Add to cart and Add to wish list. Click on any of these as per your
requirements.
Product Gram: This feature allows you to send the details of the
product(s) of your choice along with an image of the saree to your friends
or family, with a customized message. Please fill in the details and click
send button to e-mail the details to the mentioned names. If you want
to send the images to more than four of your friends then clear the details
in the page and start entering other e-mail names. Once you are done with
the process, click quit.
Add to Cart: Clicking add to cart will add the selected saree to
the shopping cart. To view shopping cart, please click show cart. Click
previous to get back to your original selection.
Please note that maximum of 4 sarees can be added to the cart at a time.
Add
to Wishlist: Clicking on add to wishlist would add the saree to your
wishlist. Click previous to get back to your original selection.
Show Wishlist: To the left on top of the selection page is a button
Show wishlist. Clicking Show Wishlist would take you to your wishlist
profile. Your wishlist profile is almost a permanent one. You can change
the name of the person to whom the saree has to be shipped at this level
by simply typing it in th elast column. Check the box provided in the
first column to delete or add to cart. Clicking on continue shopping will
take you to the products display page.
Show Cart: Your shopping cart can hold four sarees of your choice
at a time. Also, your shopping cart will hold the sarees for not more
than twenty minutes if unattended.
(If you want to see how many items have already been added to your shopping
cart, go to the extreme right corner of the product display page.)
You can click on any of the buttons provided below the cart. Clicking
on continue shopping will take you to the products display page. Clicking
on add to wishlist would add the saree to your wishlist. Clicking Show
Wishlist would take you to your wishlist profile You can even delete a
saree from your cart by checking the box of that product and then clicking
delete. Once you are ready to purchase, with all your products of your
choice in your shopping cart, click Purchase.
4) Purchasing: Selecting the purchase button will take you to the
purchase order form. Please enter all the details and mode of payment.
Incase you have already entered this information while filling in the
registration form, you can view the same. If you want to change any information,
get into the particular field and make changes.
Indicate your mode of payment and preferred date of delivery (Please allow
us a minimum of three days for delivering the product from the date of
order).
Please fill in the shipping information if you are sending the product
to your friend or your relatives.
Click submit.
Once your purchase order has been accepted, you can view the purchase
order form. You can print the form and archive it.
Return Back Policy: 2.) Saree should reach our U.S./India Office within
48hrs from the time of delivery, if the delivery is within U.S/India.
Delivery made anywhere outside U.S/India, should reach our Indian office
within a week. 3.) The customer is liable to bear the "To
and Fro" courier expenses for the returned/cancelled orders. 4.) 10% of the bill amount will be deducted from
the returned/cancelled order (saree) towards re-stocking fee. Terms: Welcome to the Sareeonline web site. Please
review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase
of products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes
your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms:
1.) If unsatisfied with the saree, the concerned consignee should
mail us within 24hrs from the time of delivery mentioning the faults clearly.
5.) Stitched materials will not be taken back and no refund will
be issued.
General: We may inform you that we can change
the terms that govern your use of the site from time to time. Your use
of our site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow
and be bound by the terms as changed and we may change, move, update,
